Rates
We offer hourly rates, as well as discounted rates for long term or larger projects. Our prices are structured around your individual needs, so that you do not have to pay for more hours than needed.
A one hour minimum on all services rendered is required. See Retainer Plan Packages for more information on discounted rates.
HOURLY PLAN
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required prior to the start of work beginning. The remaining balance is due upon completion of work. No long-term/ongoing commitment required.
PROJECT PLAN
We will give you a free, flat rate quote for your project, including time and materials. A non-refundable 50% deposit is due prior to the start of the project. The remaining balance is due at the completion of the project. No long-term/ongoing commitment required.
RETAINER PLAN PACKAGES
These packages ensure ongoing service with contracted hours on a month-to-month basis. Clients who choose one of these packages receive a discount on contracted hours and must sign a contract. Retainer plan packages require payment at the beginning of the month, prior to receiving services.

OTHER CHARGES
Expenses, such as long distance telephone charges, mileage, commercial printing charges, postage, and project/client specific supplies will be billed at cost. Any expenses over $25 per client project will be submitted for approval in advance. Invoices are due upon receipt for other charges.
LATE PAYMENT POLICY
All payments not received by AKH Staffing on or before the due date shall be subject to a flat late charge of $15. Any funds returned due to non-sufficient funds from client will be subject to a charge of $35, plus any additional costs incurred by AKH Staffing. AKH Staffing reserves the right to suspend or terminate a client's services until full payment has been made for any past due balance.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
· 50% of the estimated total cost is required as a non-refundable deposit for hourly and project plans.
· Final proofreading is the responsibility of the client. Corrections will be made at no charge within one week upon completion.
· Minimum hourly charge of one (1) hour.
